As a teacher, these babies have quickly become my new favorite “AFTER SCHOOL” snack!

After a long day of teaching elementary physical education, I often pull out my air fryer and prepare to make up a quick batch of these delights.

These Air Fryer Low-Carb Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are seriously TO! DIE! FOR!

Intermittent Fasting Recipe - Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients

For this Buffalo Cauliflower Bites Recipe you will need a few simple ingredients including:

  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 1/2 Cup Sweet Baby Rays Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth (This is the SECRET INGREDIENT)

Directions – How to Make

How to Make - Easy Low-Carb Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

FIRST – Preheat Air Fryer to 400 Degrees and place Bite-Sized Fresh Cauliflower Pieces in a big bowl.

NEXT – Whisk together Almond Flour, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Italian Seasoning, Crushed Red Pepper and Low-Sodium Chicken Broth (The Secret Ingredient).

THEN – Pour batter into bowl with cauliflower, stir and mix well.

Place Cauliflower in 400 degree Air Fryer for 18 minutes, stirring halfway through.

FINALLY – Add 1 1/2 Cups Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Sauce to Cauliflower and Heat in Air Fryer for 5-7 more minutes!

  • I use my beloved Ninja 5-in-1 Indoor Grill Air Fryer for this amazing recipe.

I absolutely adore this kitchen tool when it comes to making healthy veggie recipes because I can grill, roast, bake or air fry them.

  • These make for the perfect side dish or Keto snack your whole family will LOVE and ask you to make over and over again.
  • Sprinkle with Fresh Chives and Crumbled Cheese for added yumminess!
  • Remember to dip these beauties in some yummy ranch or blue cheese dressing.
