Homemade Keto Granola Bars
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1 Cut Nuttzo Keto Butter (or other nut butter)
- 1 Cup Protein Powder (Your Choice) – I like Quest
- 1 Cup Crushed Macadamia Nuts
- 3 Cups Low-Carb Granola – I like Keto Crunch
- Lily’s Baking Chips – One or two handfuls
- 9 X 13 Baking Dish
Instructions
FIRST, coconut oil and Nuttzo Keto butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
NEXT, add in protein powder, Macadamia nuts and Low-Carb granola. Mix together well.
THEN, remove from heat and stir well. Let mixture cool for 5-10 minutes.
FINALLY, add in a handful or two of Lily’s Baking Chips (optional) and spread into a 9 X 13 inch baking dish.
FREEZE for 1-2 hours and ENJOY!
