Ingredients
- KALE (1 Bunch)
- Tahini (2 Tablespoons)
- 1 Lemon (Juiced)
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
FIRST, preheat oven to 250 degrees.
NEXT, De-Stem and roughly chop the kale.
THEN, in a large bowl, mix the tahini, lemon juice, water, salt and pepper.
Toss the kale in the bowl and coat the kale leaves with the mixture.
FINALLY, place the kale on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for about 60 minutes until crispy.
