You’re going to love this intermittent fasting weight loss snack recipe – Tzatziki Dill Pickle Hummus!
This TZATZIKI DILL PICKLE HUMMUS is seriously so Awesome. AND… it is so quick and super easy to make.
It’s very important to note that three very special ingredients make this stuff extra amazing!
Those ingredients are: 1. The Cucumber Dill Tzatziki from ALDI Foods 2. My Homemade Dill Pickles and 3. The Juice from those amazing pickles.

Tzatziki Dill Pickle Hummus
Ingredients Needed
- 2 (15 oz) Cans Drained Chickpeas
- 2/3 Cup Tzatziki Sauce – I love to use the “Cucumber Dill” Tzatziki from ALDI FOODS
- 3-4 Whole Dill Pickle Spears – Get my Awesome Homemade Dill Pickle Recipe RIGHT HERE!
- 2/3 Cup Pickle Juice from Jar
- Large Handful of Fresh Dill
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Minced Garlic
- 2-3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions
FIRST, in a food processor, add Chickpeas, Tzatziki Sauce, Pickle Spears, Pickle Juice, Dill and Garlic.
NEXT, blend together well for 1-2 minutes in food processor.
THEN, add in Olive Oil and continue to blend until smooth.
FINALLY, scoop hummus out of the food processor, transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.
*This recipe makes about 2.5 Cups of Hummus that will be good in the refrigerator for 5-6 days!
