EASY SALSA RECIPE

Intermittent Fasting Recipe - Chunky Green Apple Salsa

Ingredients

For this recipe you will need a few simple ingredients including:

  • 3 Roma Tomatoes (Diced)
  • 1 Cup Green Apple (Diced)
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber (Diced)
  • 1/2 Cup Whole Kernel Corn (Drained)
  • 1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper (Diced)
  • 1/4 Cup Green Onions (Diced)
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion (Diced)
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons Cilantro (Chopped)
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice from 1 Lime
  • 1 Tablespoon Jalapeno (Seeded and Diced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar or Sugar Substitute – or just leave it out
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

This recipe is so stinkin’ easy to make. Simply gather up all of your healthy, fresh ingredients, mix together and enjoy! YUM!

FIRST, add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl.

NEXT, mix together well.

THEN, cover salsa and refrigerate for 24 hours to let the flavors set in.

FINALLY, remove from fridge, uncover and thoroughly ENJOY!
