Ingredients

For the basic Muscle Mug Cake Recipe you will need:

  • 3 Tablespoons Almond Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon low-carb sweetener (like Swerve)
  • 1 Egg (Beaten)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • Your Very FAVORITE MUG

Directions

FIRST, grab your very favorite microwave-safe mug.

NEXT, mix wet ingredients (egg, butter, sour cream/Greek Yogurt) together in the mug.

THEN, add in dry ingredients (almond flour, baking powder, sweetener) and stir together well.

FINALLY, microwave for 90 seconds. Remove from microwave and let it cool for a few minutes.

*Top with fun, healthy, toppings of your choice including: fresh berries, protein powder, whipped cream, baking chips and more – the possibilities are endless!
