Extended Fast - 11 Simple Tips

Here are 11 tips to help you to complete an extended fast with comfort and ease.

  • Check with your Doctor
  • Go slow and make sure you’ve been intermittent fasting for awhile
  • Hydrate, hydrate and then hydrate some more
  • Prepare by eating healthy whole foods for a few days before you start your fast
  • Get yourself an unflavored electrolyte supplement that you can take in the middle of your fast
  • Take it easy with your exercise routine
  • Get yourself an accountability fasting buddy
  • Do not over-fast
  • Be smart with the foods that you choose to break your extended fast with
  • Do not break your fast with a binge
  • Listen closely to your body
