Ingredients Needed
- 1 Pound Ground Sweet Italian Sausage
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Yellow Onion (Diced)
- 4 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 2 Big 29 oz. Containers of PURE PUMPKIN
- 2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- 1/3 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Cups Kale (Shredded)
Easy Soup Directions
FIRST, cook ground sausage until done, adding in minced garlic and diced onions about halfway through.
THEN, drain grease from sausage and add ground sausage to a crockpot.
NEXT, add the chicken broth, pure pumpkin, and Italian Seasoning to the crockpot. Cook on low for about 4 hours.
FINALLY, add in the Heavy Whipping Cream and Kale. Cook for another 15-20 minutes.
*Top with roasted pumpkin seeds – pepitas.
