Spaghetti squash is such a healthy food that offers so many benefits for weight loss and overall health. It is low in calories, with only about 42 calories per cup, making it a great substitute for regular pasta. It’s high in fiber, which helps you feel full longer and can aid in digestion.

Additionally, it contains important vitamins like vitamin C and beta-carotene, which are good for your immune system and can help protect your body from diseases.

Intermittent Fasting Recipe - Feta Cheesy Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

For this easy recipe you will need:

  • 1 Spaghetti Squash
  • Olive Oil
  • Minced Garlic
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Crumbled Tomato Basil Feta Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

FIRST, cut spaghetti squash in half. Then use two forks to shred.

NEXT, 1-2 Tablespoons olive oil and 1 teaspoon minced garlic in skillet over medium heat.

THEN, add squash and cook for about 3 minutes. Add 1-2 Tablespoons of Italian Seasoning, Salt and Pepper.

FINALLY, stir together and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and top with Mozzarella and Feta Cheeses.
