I quickly fell in love with the fasting lifestyle because I realized that I NEVER HAD TO DIET AGAIN! Amen! Intermittent fasting is simple, flexible and sustainable – and it works – I have maintained my weight loss for over four years now.
I’ve learned a lot about what works and what doesn’t work with my fasting routine and adding a daily 60 second plank hold to my exercise routine is one of the things that TOTALLY WORKED.
