I’m Jen – a Michigan mom, wife, PE teacher and new, almost 50 year-old grandma (aka “Jemma”) who lost 46 pounds in 4 months with intermittent fasting in 2021 and is now on a mission to spread the word about how awesome intermittent fasting is to anyone who will listen – Lol.

Intermittent fasting COMPLETELY CHANGED MY LIFE for the better. After 25 years of counting calories, fad diets and yo-yo weight gain and weight loss, I finally discovered intermittent fasting.

I quickly fell in love with the fasting lifestyle because I realized that I NEVER HAD TO DIET AGAIN! Amen! Intermittent fasting is simple, flexible and sustainable – and it works – I have maintained my weight loss for over four years now.

I’ve learned a lot about what works and what doesn’t work with my fasting routine and adding a daily 60 second plank hold to my exercise routine is one of the things that TOTALLY WORKED.
