You’re going to love this SUPERFOOD Salad intermittent fasting recipe. It’s packed with yummy, super healthy ingredients like blueberries and avocados. Get ready to up your health and weight loss game with this awesome recipe.

SUPERFOOD SALAD

Intermittent Fasting Recipe - SUPERFOOD Salad

Ingredients Needed:

  • Greens of your choice (Kale, Romaine, Baby Spinach, etc.)
  • Avocado (Diced or Sliced)
  • Broccoli (Chopped into Bite-Sized Pieces)
  • Cauliflower Rice (I like to buy and use the frozen microwavable kind)
  • Carrots (Shredded)
  • Blueberries
  • Coconut Oil
  • Protein of Choice (Grilled Chicken, Ground Turkey, etc.)

Directions:

Simply add greens of your choice to a bowl. Then, add in avocado, broccoli, cooked cauliflower rice, carrots, blueberries, and protein of your choice. Mix Well.

Finally, drizzle 1-2 Tablespoons of melted coconut oil (or dressing of your choice) over salad and ENJOY your perfect intermittent fasting lunch or dinner meal!
