Ingredients
You only need a few simple ingredients for this awesome side dish recipe including:
- Carrots
- Avocado Oil
- 1 Lemon (Zested)
- Crushed Red Pepper
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
FIRST, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Peel and cut carrots into thin strips and place in a medium bowl.
NEXT, add a little avocado oil, some lemon zest, crushed red pepper (be careful if you don’t like hot stuff), and salt and pepper.
