Keto Taco Skillet Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Pound Ground Turkey or Ground Beef
- 1 Tablespoon Mexican Seasoning – try my CLEAN (no preservatives), easy, homemade seasoning mix RIGHT HERE.
- 1 Zucchini (Diced)
- 1 Yellow Onion (Diced)
- 1 Cup Roma Tomatoes (Diced)
- 2 Cups Colored Peppers (Diced)
- 1 Tablespoon Jalapeno Pepper (Seeded)
- 1.5 Cups Shredded Taco Cheese
- Toppings of Choice (Cilantro, Olives, Sour Cream, etc.)
Recipe Instructions
FIRST, prep the veggies by dicing them into bite-size pieces. Put olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook ground turkey.
NEXT, add in peppers, zucchini, and onions once the turkey is cooked and cook for about 4 minutes.
Then, add jalapeno pieces and tomatoes.
FINALLY, add in taco seasoning and cook for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
Once the cheese is melted it is DONE and ready to ENJOY!
