Delay, Don’t Deny, by Gin Stephens, is best for people who are just getting started with IF. This is a very quick and easy read! This book changed my life & I believe it is a first MUST READ book!

Fast. Feast. Repeat, also written by Gin Stephens, is best for people who have already read DDD and have been fasting for at least a few weeks. This book goes more into the science of “IF” in an easy to understand way and gives many fantastic, practical tips! Grab your copy of FAST. FEAST. REPEAT. right here!

THE OBESITY CODE

The Obesity Code, by Dr. Jason Fung, is best for people who want to learn the real science behind IF and why it works. It also gives a ton of great info on the power of autophagy. It is quite heavy on the science which is why I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!
