You’re going to love these delicious and nutritious Air Fryer Zucchini Chips!
Air Fryer Zucchini Chips

These zucchini chips can be easily made in the air fryer.
I also like to make this recipe low-carb and gluten-free by switching out and using Almond Flour instead of the Panko Bread Crumbs.
AND, I often add Italian seasoning to my zucchini chips, as well. YUM!
Easy Zucchini Chips

Ingredients
- Panko Bread Crumbs (1 Cup)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese (3/4 Cup)
- 1 Medium Zucchini (sliced)
- 1 Large Egg (beaten)
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
FIRST, preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
NEXT, mix panko and Parmesan cheese on a plate. Dip zucchini slices in egg, coat with panko mixture and press gently.
THEN, place coated zucchini slices on a wire baking rack and lightly spray with cooking spray.
FINALLY, bake in the air fryer for about 10 minutes, flip the slices and cook for another two minutes.
Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer.
ENJOY!
