2 Ingredient Air Fryer Cheese Crisps

These easy, crunchy cheese crisps are packed with protein, satisfy salty cravings, and help you stay on track with your weight loss goals.

You’re going to love these Cheese Crisps!

They are Low-Calorie, Low-Carb, and just so darn easy to make!

Intermittent Fasting Recipe - Air Fryer Cheese Crisps

Ingredients

  • Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • Parchment Paper

Directions

FIRST, cut cheese slices into 4’s, separate and lay flat on parchment paper.

THEN, sprinkle with EVERYTHING BAGEL seasoning.

NEXT, put in 350 degree air fryer for about 4 1/2 minutes.

FINALLY, remove from air fryer and let the cheese crisps cool for about 5 minutes!

*These make the perfect low carb replacement for movie theater popcorn. I like to make up a big batch and sneak them into the theater with me – YUM!
