Ingredients Needed

Here are the simple ingredients you will need to make this yummy dessert.

  • 1 Container Two Good Greek Yogurt (Coconut is my favorite but all flavors are absolutely delicious)
  • 1 Tablespoon Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 1 Handful of Lily’s Low-Sugar Baking Chips
  • 1 Handful of Low Carb Granola (Blueberry Cinnamon is my favorite)

Recipe Directions

  • Simply mix all of the above ingredients together
  • Top with a handful of berries and some yummy whipped cream
Low-Carb Weight Loss Dessert Recipe

I use the TWO GOOD brand of yogurt because it only has 2 grams of sugar. My favorite is the coconut flavor but you can use any flavor TWO GOOD greek yogurt & any kind of Lily’s chips!

The recipe makes for the absolute perfect Intermittent fasting “window-closing” dessert. It’s low-carb, low-sugar, high-protein and it’s packed with healthy fats, which means it will help you FAST EASIER and LONGER into your next fast.
