You’ve got to try these incredible Roasted Feta Pesto Brussels Sprouts. This recipe is so delicious and easy to make. It’s the perfect Low-Carb Intermittent Fasting Weight Loss Side Dish Recipe.

Brussels sprouts are a powerhouse vegetable with numerous weight loss benefits. These nutrient-dense cruciferous vegetables are low in calories and carbs and are filled with tons of fiber. Additionally, Brussels sprouts contain compounds like sulforaphane, known for their potential anti-inflammatory properties and ability to support the body’s natural detoxification processes.

Intermittent Fasting Recipe - Roasted Feta Pesto Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

You will need only a few simple ingredients to whip up this delicious side dish recipe:

  • Brussels Sprouts
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Feta Cheese (Crumbled)
  • Almond Sliced (About a handful)
  • Pesto Sauce of your choice

Instructions

FIRST, preheat oven to 400 degrees.

NEXT, trim ends of Brussels Sprouts – then quarter. Throw Brussels Sprouts into a bowl and sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and a generous drizzle of olive oil. Mix together well.

THEN, roast on a lightly oiled foil-covered baking sheet for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.

FINALLY, remove from oven and add Brussels Sprouts back into the mixing bowl. Add in a large handful of Feta Cheese, a handful of sliced almonds and a few spoonfuls of pesto sauce of your choice. Mix and thoroughly ENJOY!

This is my absolute favorite way to enjoy Brussels sprouts. The combination of the Feta cheese, pesto and sliced almonds, take this recipe to a whole new flavor level.
