Coconut Cream Fitness Ice Cream

Ingredients

You only need a few simple ingredients to make this yummy fitness ice cream including:

  • 2 Cans Organic Coconut Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Alcohol Free Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Tablespoons Organic Swerve MonkFruit Sweetener – Confectionery

Directions

FIRST, mix together all ingredients.

THEN, refrigerate for 24 hours.

NEXT, remove from refrigerator and mix ingredients with a whisk or a mixer.

FINALLY, freeze for one hour. ENJOY!

The recipe makes for the absolute perfect Intermittent fasting “window-closing” dessert. It’s low-carb, low-sugar, high-protein and it’s packed with healthy fats, which means it will help you FAST EASIER and LONGER into your next fast.
