Intermittent Fasting Recipe - Ham & Pickle Roll-Ups!

Ingredients

You only need four simple ingredients to make this low-carb snack.

  • Ham Slices
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • Chive & Onion Cream Cheese
  • Pickles – I highly recommend using my homemade dill pickles. They really are incredible.

Directions

FIRST, lay ham slice flat and blot the moisture off with a paper towel.

THEN, spread the cream cheese on the ham and sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning.

FINALLY, add a pickle, roll it all up and ENJOY!
