In 2021, I began my intermittent fasting health and weight loss journey. In 4 months I lost 46 pounds and gained more energy and strength than I had in my 20’s and 30’s. The following quotes have helped me stay motivated, inspired, and on track with my fasting goals for the last three years.

Don’t set a specific weight loss deadline. That only creates frustration and feelings of failure and inadequacy. Instead, be patient and persistent, and know that consistent efforts will lead to successful long term weight loss over time.
