This is such a yummy intermittent fasting breakfast, snack, or dessert recipe.

It’s also GLUTEN-FREE, KETO-FRIENDLY, EASY TO MAKE and so DELICIOUS.

Easy Coconut Crepes Recipe

Intermittent Fasting Recipe - Jen's Coconut Crepes

Ingredients

You only need a few simple ingredients to make this awesome intermittent fasting recipe:

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
  • 3 teaspoons Coconut Oil (Melted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt

Recipe Directions

FIRST, in a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat with a mixer for about 3 minutes.

Then let the batter stand for about 15 minutes.

NEXT, heat a skillet with the coconut oil over medium heat.

THEN, ladle the batter into the skillet/pan and swirl around to form a crepe.

Cook 1-2 minutes, flip and cook about 2 minutes on the other side.

FINALLY, repeat with the rest of the batter and thoroughly ENJOY!
