Lemon Tahini Kale Chips

Lemon Tahini Kale Chips

These Kale Chips can easily be made in the oven or the air fryer.

With just a few simple ingredients including Kale, Tahini, Lemon, Salt and Pepper, you can be enjoying these healthy chips in no time at all. YUM!

Intermittent Fasting Recipe - Lemon Tahini Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • KALE (1 Bunch)
  • Tahini (2 Tablespoons)
  • 1 Lemon (Juiced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

FIRST, preheat oven to 250 degrees.

NEXT, De-Stem and roughly chop the kale.

THEN, in a large bowl, mix the tahini, lemon juice, water, salt and pepper.

Toss the kale in the bowl and coat the kale leaves with the mixture.

FINALLY, place the kale on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for about 60 minutes until crispy.
