Chili Lime Pork Rind Nachos
Ingredients
For this simple recipe you will need:
- 1 Bag Chili Lime Pork Rinds
- Taco Meat or Rotisserie Chicken
- Shredded Mexican Cheese
- Diced Green Onions
- Mexican Toppings of Your Choice (Sour Cream, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Catalina Dressing, etc.)
Directions
FIRST, line a baking or cookie sheet with a bag of Chili Lime Pork Rinds.
THEN, sprinkle cooked taco meat or shredded rotisserie chicken pieces over the nachos.
NEXT, Add some shredded cheese and diced green onions.
FINALLY, Broil for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the rinds crisp up.
Top with your favorite Mexican toppings: tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream and my favorite – Catalina Dressing!
