Easy Nut Butter Recipe

Intermittent Fasting Recipe - Salted Caramel Macadamia Nut Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Dry Roasted Macadamia Nuts (I like to buy mine from ALDI Foods)
  • 1 TBS Powdered Peanut Butter (You can find some really great powdered peanut butter here)
  • 1 Tablespoon Organic Coconut Oil (I like the Kirkland brand)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons QUEST Salted Caramel Protein Powder (You can find it HERE)

Directions

FIRST, add the Macadamia Nuts to a food processor. I use my Ninja and it works perfect.

NEXT, Pulse the nuts for several seconds.

THEN, add in the remaining ingredients: Powdered Peanut Butter, Coconut Oil and Protein Powder.

FINALLY, Pulse again until smooth. YUM!
