Ingredients
- 1 Package Ground Turkey (1.25 Pounds) – I like the Jennie-O Brand
- 1/2 Yellow Onion (Diced)
- 1 Package Dry “Fiesta Ranch” Dressing Mix
- 1/2 Packet Chili Seasoning
- 4 Cans Chili-Ready Tomatoes
- 1 Can Tomatoes with Green Chilis
- 2 Can Mild Chili Beans (with sauce)
- 2 Cans Pinto Beans (Rinsed)
- 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (Drained)
Directions
FIRST, Cook turkey in a large pot.
THEN, Add in diced onion, a couple dashes of garlic powder and a little cumin.
NEXT, Add in all other ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
FINALLY, Top with cheese, sour cream, cilantro and/or tortilla chips.
