You are going to LOVE love this YOGURT BERRY BARK. It’s so healthy, delicious and super easy to make!
Yogurt Berry Bark

And, since it’s low-carb, high-protein, and packed with healthy fats, it really is the perfect intermittent fasting snack or healthy dessert.
I, of course, make this with my favorite, TWO GOOD Greek Yogurt, since it’s Low-Carb, Low-Sugar and High Protein.
You can use whatever flavor of yogurt that you want but I like to use one small container of each of the following flavors: Vanilla, Black Cherry & Blueberry.
It’s just SOOOOOOOOO good!
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Kosher Salt
- 1/3 Cup Berries of Your Choice
- 1/3 Cup Low-Carb Granola
- 1/3 Cup Lily’s Baking Chips
Directions
FIRST, add yogurt, almond extract and salt to a bowl an mix together.
NEXT, add in berries, granola/nuts and baking chips.
THEN stir all ingredients together. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spread yogurt mixture onto paper.
FINALLY, sprinkle a few more Berries, and a little more granola and baking chips on top. Freeze for 3-4 hours. Break apart into pieces and enjoy!
